Altair is a libyan national private company registered in Tripoli Libya with a full operating license. It is formed by a group of former captains ( master mariners ) . our company was established to cover the severe shortage in maritime pilots especially in the oil sector and in the libyan ports in general .
with our competent and experienced team we can provide the following services :
- Qualified and licensed pilots and mooring masters to work in harbors , off-shore oil terminals
and PFSO's .
- Qualified divers & under water services.
- marine surveying including dry and liquid cargo surveys accredited by Libyan flag state
authority .

- supervision of survey and dredging works in harbors and off-shore .

- supply of provisions , fuel and fresh water to vessels .
- environmental surveys and water sampling .
